haha today taekwndo recruitment quite fun arh LOL....at first do warm up for my self as others dun 1 when i tell dem well vm haha dey leg cramp or wadever pain nt my business :D...den firstly did sum warm up kicking lols...trained double kick woots^^ my left leg sum sort of kns=.=.=.=. den after that, had sparring with patrick...LOL...finish off him with 1 kick of hislj=.=.=LOL....i wanted to aim the groin there but he move so near ed up kanna lj if nt on top liao lor......=.=.=LOL... den after that sparring with criz...so far okok la but criz hor was like omg le...zzz he keep on run here run there den like wa sibei tired cuz i do many warm up liao dne 2 weeks nv exercise..=.= slacken so much...den after that wa tio my lj first time okok la nt so pain=.= abit out of strength...den 2nd SHOT=.= den 3rd wa this time sibei hard=.= until jitao cmi den after dat criz sibei tired LOL...can c his enduring haha....den dunno y patrick keep sparring...tdy go mad arh 1 die...den spar till teck whye sibei hiong liao tell dem stop LOL...if nt teck whye will kill him=.= den after dat around 1+ eddie came...lols...he was teaching me 360° kick haha...de move i wanted to learn so much LOL...but nt really standard so i tell him teach me left side first as my left waist can turn faster and much more better than right...LOL... den after that woots i manage to get it LOL...but not the actual 1 he teach the easy step 1 first until i get used to the turning the he teach me actual 1 :D haha thx^^... but my leg injured when i successfully do de 360° cuz teck whye was holding hard target den i overshot jitao hit the top part gg=.= my leg sumhw like cannot bent=.=.=...........

den later slowly more juniors came den dey all volunteered to join taekwondo woots...around 10+ join ba... well dunno hw many will leave this yr haha at first we tot no 1 will join as dey scare training 2 togh=.= CC sia gay LOL...den all decided to try first...but dunno if dey can take de training or nt=.= den after that changed and go home le ^^ wanted to stay in sch apply but sibei tired!!...den go home bath wait for 3pm den apply for higher nitec woots applied successfully^^^^....hope application pass!!!
