lol...blablabla nth much to talk tdy... wah...the training today very =.=...=.=....=.=...!!! hard sia LOL...after the PT....my m'am ask us to wear guard...cuz after warm up got sparring...then today do 60 kick...i right leg no kick left leg no strength...lol den after that done le hor...5min break...then SPARRING!!!.....wah...lol today m'am teach us how she train her students at kembagan cc...lol...at first dengjun and junqiang against eddie....eddie jitao omg...LOL...sian diao sia...then after that 2-1...LOL...eddie sparring very "cute" LOL... i c le keep on 1 laugh...den i saw many ppl 1 laugh oso...cuz he back kick here and there then summore the reaction=.=lols... then after that i fgt hu le...den i tio 1 white belt...jing jie and patrick... lol heng i and the meng yao is "good" fighter lol...then vs jing jie team with him and patrick...i jitao after chumpy straight chiong le LOL... wah...starting oso 2 on 1 lor...tio me heng after that jing jie take meng yao wah patrick take me...1 eat me sia LOL...heng his leg not so flexible =D...advantage^^ then i jitao dunno suddenly chiong all the way le LOL.... then after that...i tio again...zzz me junqiang and deng jun...this time sibei hiong...LOL...m'am say light contact i tell dj "light" hor LOL... he say he try control...i sian diao=.= then after command set le...he jitao gimme full...=.= i give light de sia wa lao...den i think wa cannot le must chiong LOL...so i keep chiong at first 2 on 1 de... then i run here and there lol...den hit both deng jun or jun qiang... den suddenly dj spar with jun qiang... then at dat time i lking for a plan...LOL....my chance come le when jun qiang and deng jun face opposite side...wanted to do double kick...left leg no strength...jitao change leg wanted to ram junqiang de lol....den tio deng jun...dunno if got got him... then after that he keep kick me lol i keep hand block=.= then be4 m'am say stop i back kick tio dj right shoulder...

hope the force nt big =D... thats the worst sparring training ever...NEXT WEEK MORE WORST=.=.=.= i can't wait to c whats gonna happen...whahaha... anyway.... DJ!!
