lol today morning wake up at 10.06..overslept=.= den kenny call me lol... after that go brush teeth eat 1 bowl noodle wash up then go sch le...around 11+ reach then start to do sai kang work LOL... do lashing=.= do contripault then make measurements for bridge in-case not enuf space then ppl fall=.= safety first lol.... then do work until 3+ then slack le haha...go ewuan house then luting house at luting house ate 1 packet of abalone noodles...then after that 4+ gonna rain le heng not so heavy lol...then go back slack until 5+ change full-u then prepare for campfire le=D campfire start at 7+=.= many things last minute to be done=.=.=.= then this yr only invite our own sch not other sch=.= like standard dropping=.=only npcc scouts guides and ncc go nia...lol...cause parade square area renovation cannot hav many ppl...

then after the campfire pack up...=.= i think i losing confidence in my leadership skills liao...but at least when i command scouts will listen...but only when in full-u=.= "venture mah"=.=cannot pump lol...and...i must use shout to let them have sense of urgency to know i am serious=.= do i have to do that?? the only seniors that are over there are me kenny and harold...sec4s only seng ann and junyan...

next time i am going to change my way of leading scouts very soon and they will regret it muahahaha...maybe i shld go back to my old way of leading=D... shld i treat them good or should i be serious always???...if treat them good take it for gruanted...if treat them serious...they dun like u=.=haix at least i still have respect=D better than nothing.
