wednesday and today =D

alrite let me update on yesterday and toady =D

let me go straight to taekwondo haha... yesterday hav warm up first den pratice kicking =D haha then stamina training... den kick target lols... i awhile cannot le haha knee cap injured... lols... so i trained awhile haah den rest LOL... den after that do pattern =D... haha

yesterday was totally worn out siol... no mood to do anything haha too tired leh...

haha... today go sch at 9.30 took taxi =D lazy take bus haha den i saw a bus behind lols... den after that go toilet... come sch haha go com lab lols nw at com lab updating =D lols sway siol drop my psp... haha den heng drop de another side not screen de LOL... if nt i jialat liao... haha
