tkd training^^

hi let me update on the tkd training =D haha yesterday was alrite bah haha
the training was damn slack... starting run 10 minutes then follow by warm up haha then push up then stamina training... then follow by sparring... haha den i bring the plastic plank only many people wanna try haha only 3-5 ppl manage to brk it^^ haha quite hard luh LOL "plastic" many ppl tot easy to brk haha...
